My name is Connor Johnston and I am a 2nd year Sport and Exercise Nutrition student. My life has always revolved around playing sport, which gave me a huge interest on how the body works and what it takes to properly fuel it.
My goal is to truly help people to perform better when competing and also feel better day to day. I want to make nutrition more accessible to individuals by properly preparing and tailoring plans to suit their lifestyles and budgets.
